During high-demand periods, product launches, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most serviceable locations within India through trusted logistics partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination pin code and courier serviceability.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, regulatory restrictions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

From time to time, PlusPlus Lifesciences LLP may offer free shipping promotions at its sole discretion.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details via email, SMS, or other available communication channels.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners may attempt delivery multiple times before returning the shipment.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, refusal to accept the package, or any other customer-related reason, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

If you receive:

  • Government restrictions
